📌 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbaeej ("xbaeej", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at xbaeej.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the xbaeej platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances, including family members or agents.
• You must notify xbaeej immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• xbaeej will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, unless the loss is directly attributable to a security failure on xbaeej's own systems.
• You agree to log out fully from your xbaeej session when using a shared or public device.

xbaeej implements industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption across all data transmitted between your device and our servers. However, no internet transmission is completely risk-free, and xbaeej cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted to or from our platform.

All financial transactions on xbaeej are conducted exclusively in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). xbaeej supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. • Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your xbaeej balance within minutes of a confirmed mobile wallet transaction. Delays caused by the mobile financial service provider are outside xbaeej's control.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts. You must have completed the identity verification process before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that method.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may extend during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• No Third-Party Payments: xbaeej will not accept deposits from or issue withdrawals to third-party accounts. The payment method used must be registered in your own name and must match the name on your xbaeej account. Any transaction identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Currency: xbaeej does not perform foreign currency conversion. All displayed balances, bonus amounts, and transaction values are in BDT (৳).

• The player is under the age of 21.

Upon account closure for a legitimate breach of these Terms, xbaeej reserves the right to withhold the account balance in full pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a player voluntarily requests account closure without any breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the standard verification requirements.
